How to schedule an email
Scheduling an email in Gmail is really handy if you want it to be sent later automatically:

1. Compose Your Email

Open Gmail

Click “Compose” to create a new email.

Write your message, add recipients, subject, and any attachments.

2. Access the Schedule Send Option

Instead of clicking Send, click the small down arrow next to the Send button.

Click “Schedule send” from the menu.

3. Choose Date and Time

Gmail gives a few preset options, like:

Tomorrow morning
Tomorrow afternoon
Monday morning

Or you can select “Pick date & time” to set your custom date and time.

Click Schedule send after setting it.

4. Check Scheduled Emails

On the left sidebar of Gmail, click Scheduled.

You’ll see all emails you’ve scheduled.

You can edit, cancel, or reschedule them anytime before they’re sent.

💡 Tip: Make sure your device’s time zone is correct in Gmail settings so emails go out exactly when you want.
